1. Ordering Policy
• Advance Notice: Custom orders require at least 7 days in advance to
• Minimum Order: Minimum quantity 1 dozen.. One flavour one topping per dozen.
• Order Confirmation: Orders are not confirmed until payment is received.
2. Payment Policy
• Accepted Methods: List accepted payment methods cash, e-transfer
• Deposits: Require a 50%non-refundable deposit for custom orders.
• Final Payment: Full payment is due 5 days before pickup/delivery.
• Refunds: All sales are final and deposits are non refundable.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
• Cancellations: Cancellations must be made 7 days in advance to receive a store credit (deposit non-refundable).
• No-Shows: No refunds for missed pickups.
• Product Issues: If there's a quality issue, customers must report it within 24 hours of pickup/delivery.
4. Pickup & Delivery Policy
• Pickup Timeframe: Orders must be picked up within 1 hour of the scheduled time.
• Delivery: Delivery can be made available for an additional fee.
• Liability: Once cupcakes leave the premises (or are delivered), the business is not responsible for damage caused by improper transport/storage.
5. Allergy & Ingredient Disclosure
• Allergy Notice: Products may contain or come in contact with allergens like nuts, dairy, gluten, etc.
• Custom Orders: While efforts are made to accommodate dietary requests, a fully allergen-free environment cannot be guaranteed.
6. Design & Artistic License Policy
• Custom Designs: While inspiration photos are welcome, exact replicas cannot be guaranteed.
• Creative Control: The business reserves the right to make design adjustments based on available materials or artistic interpretation.
7. Social Media & Photo Use Policy
• The business may take and use photos of custom orders for marketing.
8. Return Policy
• Due to the perishable nature of cupcakes, returns are not accepted. However, customer satisfaction is important—reach out with any concerns.
